When Katherine Theobalds founded Zou Xou in 2015, she had recently moved to New York with the intention of pursuing a career in fashion design. She was saddened by the lack of care and quality that went into the craftsmanship of clothing and shoes and set to work to change it. Her love of sensible, well-made shoes eventually blossomed into Zou Xou, making her brilliant idea accessible to the masses — and she hasn’t stopped since!
